We want to help you and your company to increase the UX maturity level and to anchor UX as a whole as a foundation in your company.
UX TRAININGS
We offer teams and departments individually designed trainings in the area of DIY UX Research. The trainings include methodological basics and application-specific hints from practice. If required, company-specific features can also be included. The trainings are individually tailored and can be conducted on-site or remotely by our senior UX researchers.
STRATEGY WORKSHOPS
Insight-based analysis of the market environment, derivation of options for action and concrete definition of the next steps, leading to a business plan or concept – strategy work is difficult. And without concrete guidance, projects often peter out, take a long time, or are watered down in the end.
We accompany you in the elaboration and offer you the space to solve complex challenges together in moderated workshops over a certain period of time. We focus on both defining strategic measures and getting them off the ground with all relevant stakeholders.
CONSULTANCY
In special situations, it can make sense to establish an external UX researcher in your own company. Either as short-term support, as a replacement for an absent employee, or as an independent third opinion or reinforcement. If you are in such a situation, feel free to contact us. We are happy to offer such a service in certain constellations.
SERVICE DESIGN
People interact not only with interfaces but also in the context of overarching services. These often include conversations, sequences of events, and multi-channel polling. These services also need to be developed, tested and revised. We also offer prototyping, user analysis, and service design testing, and will either follow your service design blueprint or create one for you.
