Together, we’ll go on the journey from idea to execution, through a series of brainstorming sessions where we unpack how to best serve your user base. Following our systematic process, we’ll help you read between the lines, to deepen the understanding between you and your customers.
IDEATION
Gone are the days of the silent, creative genius. Creating new ideas isn’t magic. There is a formulaic process.
How does this work? Well, it starts with a listening tour. That’s right… We interview all of your colleagues, users, and stakeholders. Sounds exhausting at first, but it’s really fun.
Afterwards, we guide small groups to develop brilliant ideas utilizing our creative techniques framework. Together we will collect the best ideas, discuss and prioritize. The best of the best are further explored, polished, and presented.
Although these ideation sessions happen within our workshops, they are also part of our work when fostering an online community.
IDEATION SPRINT
Need to develop ideas in a particularly short time? An Ideation Sprint might do the trick. To warm up, we collect information by asking participants to fill out an online questionnaire consisting of little games that tease out ideas and experiences about your products or services.
Once the information is collected, we’ll meet for an intensive workshop – and dive directly into the creative elaboration of ideas . It’s the quickest path to establishing solid ideas while assuring your strategy aligns with user needs.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are a method to produce results. No more and no less. In our context that means: ideas , personas or concepts. Effective tools to refine your ideas.
Getting to the end result is important, but so is having fun. That’s why all of our workshops are hosted in a relaxed, pleasant, collaborative atmosphere. In fact, we host workshops in inspiring locations all around the world. And soon also on the ISS.
Let’s not forget online workshops too. Getting together virtually using video conferencing software can be equally effective. Our trained moderators have it down to a science, easily guiding participants to map out insights using digital whiteboard tools and other collaborative software.
UX COMMUNITIES
Think of our UX communities as a direct line to your users that can be used throughout the development process. Our moderators will put together an interested and empathetic group for you. In the online community, we use various UX research methods. Whenever you need input and opinion from the user’s point of view, you can use it. For example, you can develop and discuss ideas and have finished products and services tested.
