Concept & UX Design
Design without research is not design. We design and prototype digital experiences, insight-based. Our UX design either serves as input for UX tests or emerges as output from UX research. In our interdisciplinary team of UX Researchers and UX Designers, we ensure the smart and fast interlocking of UX Research and UX Design. We create prototypes, click dummies, and wireframes and lay the structural foundation for user-centered development.
CONCEPT WORKSHOPS
In the concept workshop, which can take place remotely or on site, we work out together with you and your stakeholders what the application-specific user journey should look like. Which components, features and steps do users go through? What is the larger business goal behind it, and how do we combine user experience and strategic goals?
In our concept workshops we provide the necessary preparation, moderation and derivation. The result is a common understanding of requirements and goals, as well as initial implementation ideas. A good basis for the creation of a prototype.
PROTOYPING
Our UX designers create wireframes, low and high fidelity prototypes in Figma. We draw on proven design libraries or create them individually for you. The big advantage with us is: we don’t artificially divide between research and design. Our designers are researchers, and vice versa. Our motto is: Design without research is no design at all.
The prototype is a means to an end, to understand whether we are solving the right problem or going the right way.
DESIGN SPRINTS
In Design Sprints we go through the following stages in 4 or 5 days: problem definition, solution finding, prototyping, testing, derivations. We moderate the workshops with you and the stakeholders, support the prototyping, conduct the interviews during the testing and support the objective derivation of measures. The focus is on user-centered product and solution ideas, and we do this in record time, because we can confidently leave unstructured meetings, long absences and unclear responsibilities behind us in Design Sprints.
